About me

I grew up in a small spa town in the island of Evia, in a beautiful natural island landscape. My home was one of the old, neoclassical, preserved hotels of the town.

In this environment I understood from a very young age how much I loved people, how much I loved to listen to their stories, to observe their attitudes.

When it came to my studies psychology came as a natural choice. Much later, gradually and through a long professional career and personal development, I came to understand the real influence and importance of the environment I had grown up in.

This place in the quiet country town in nature, the people who usually came every year, and all the people who worked at the hotel were "family" for me. A "family" that was a place of knowledge, connection, communication, safety and warmth.

My vision is to create such a context of safety, warmth, trust and sharing. My dream is for all people to get back in touch with our authentic selves, to get in touch with people as well as nature and to tell our stories. To get in touch with what has real value to each of us and ultimately constitutes and shapes a life filled with well-being and meaning.

Let us meet and create together safe connections, warm communication, deep sharing, rediscovering ourselves and the people around us.
