As a therapist, my primary principle is love and respect for the person, any person who finds the strength to seek professional help. We create a supportive and safe environment, the therapeutic environment. The safety of the therapeutic setting is the prerequisite for beginning a therapeutic journey. It is the space and time to allow human stories, difficulties, thoughts and feelings to be expressed, and to find ways to make the psychological changes we desire.

Individual therapy is a journey of personal growth and emotional healing. An experience of self-discovery and learning. A process that helps us to live a life of awareness, wholeness and authenticity.
